Porsche of Tampa

Took my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera to Porsche Tampa today for my one year service. My service advisor, Mike Deleon, greeted me and explained the service and inspections that would be completed. I toured their new building, new service bays, sales showroom, plush waiting areas and an indoor showroom of new and resale vehicles on the second level, ultra modern all the way. I also spoke with my sales person, Robert Kearney, the individual responsible for helping me with my first Porsche purchase. The service work was completed in less time than indicated. Mike went over everything that was done and the additional items that would be serviced next year. I was also helped by Eric Kozula with some technical issues I had questions about. Even though the dealership was quite busy, Eric took the time to solve my questions. I have nothing but admiration for everyone at this dealership. I see that they work together as a team and I have always felt like a Valued Customer! P.S. The Carrera is Fantastic! Bill S.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car dealership. From the start, it was clear that their priority was not customer satisfaction but maximizing their own profits at my expense. They attempted to significantly overcharge me for the vehicle I was interested in, while offering an unreasonably low value for my trade-in. It felt like they were deliberately undervaluing my car to inflate their gains. To make matters worse, they were not transparent or fair in their financial dealings. They manipulated the numbers and presented confusing financial terms that were clearly skewed to benefit them rather than reflect the true value of the deal. This level of dishonesty and lack of integrity is completely unacceptable when making such an important purchase. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair and straightforward car-buying experience. Trust and transparency are crucial, and unfortunately, this dealership failed to demonstrate either.

I stopped by Porsche Tampa today with my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera. I asked Robert Kearney, my salesman, to give me a refresher insight into connections to menu electronics. Thank you Robert for your attention and expertise. I also toured the brand new facility including the show room, offices and service area, absolutely state of the art and beautiful . I was also greeted by General Sales Manager, Joe Romano whom I had met previously when I took delivery last June. I know I made the right decision when I was visiting local dealerships and chose Porsche Tampa! I have always been treated like a valued customer and friend. Bill S.
