Porsche San Luis Obispo

Nick saved the day after I had the worst, most traumatizing experience of my life at Porsche San Francisco. THIS is how Porsche service should feel. I will absolutely plan to buy my next Porsche from Nick @ SLO!

Can not say enough good things about these great folks specifically Chris McGregor (Sales/Finance) and Ryan Fitzsimmons (GM). Knowledgeable, low key folks who really enjoy what they do and it shows in their attitude and willingness to make sure the car and you are a great match. Within 90 seconds of my initial inquiry about an internet listing I got a call from Chris. Within minutes of that I was convinced of his sincerity and was at ease. We discussed 2 different cars and his, as well as Ryan's description of the cars were spot on. Opted tp purchase a 2018 911 GT3 and the car was as advertised. We were able to easily reach an agreement over the phone predicated on my coming to the dealership to test drive the car. I felt like a "King for a Day " when I arrived on their lot. My car was in the showroom under a satin Porsche wrap and unveiled to me. The car was under fluorescent lights which will expose the smallest flaws in the paint. The car was as Chris and Ryan described and that was as if it came out of a sealed time capsule. I had requested to hear a cold start and sure enough that happened. Next I requested that I be in the passenger seat while Chris took me on a test drive and man was that exhilarating. Chris can drive and more to the point showed/convinced me this car was mechanically flawless just like the appearance. I then took the car myself for a test drive and I am still grinning. The paperwork was prepared and waiting. No pressure to upsell yet all available packages were discussed and all questions I had were thoroughly answered leaving no doubt in my mind. On a side not they have a DocuPad which is a pretty cool desktop and I mean full width/length desktop tablet you use to sign the paperwork. It makes the process so smooth as it is really easy to read all the " fine print". I jest about the fine print as Chris went thru every aspect of the contract without hesitation. To make this transaction even more wonderful Ryan offered to have my car trailered to my residence which is a couple of hours away for the price of gas which I most graciously accepted. To add context I was concerned that the car did not have film so rock chips could be an issue on the stretch of freeway I would need to travel. Ryan offered the service of their gentleman who handles film and I gently explained that my good friend had a film/wrap/detail and tune shop. At this point I did expect some " pushback" but got none. My car will arrive at my residence shortly. Without hesitation or reservation I recommend reaching out to Chris and Porsche of San Luis Obispo. They are now my go to Porsche Dealership. Thanks again Chris and Ryan for a truly magnificent experience.
