I had a terrible experience with Porsche Ontario in California. After agreeing on the vehicle price and completing the finance application, the sales manager Jose repeatedly tried to increase the price, claiming the original offer didn’t yield enough profit. Even though I confirmed that I was buying the car and had arranged for shipping, they sold it to someone else overnight. When I contacted the General Manager, he said they were not obligated to honor the agreement we had in place. This dealership’s conduct was unethical and unprofessional from start to finish. They broke their word, wasted my time, and acted in bad faith. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership — there are many reputable Porsche dealers who will treat customers with transparency and respect, unlike Porsche Ontario.

As I explained during our lengthy phone conversation, we made it clear to you on multiple occasions that the vehicle remained available for sale while you continued to negotiate pricing. Our policy, which was communicated to you repeatedly, is that a vehicle is not considered sold until all required documents and agreements are finalized. Unfortunately, the completed paperwork did not arrive until after the vehicle had already been sold the day before. While I understand your disappointment with this outcome, I must address the manner in which you have communicated with our team. The threats of violence and profane language directed at our staff are completely unacceptable and created an unsafe environment for our employees. Given these circumstances, we believe it is in everyone's best interest to part ways. We wish you the best of luck in your search for a vehicle, but we will not be able to work with you moving forward or engage in further communication that subjects our staff to this type of behavior.
