Porsche Beverly Hills - Warranty avoidance, plain and
Porsche Beverly Hills - Warranty avoidance, plain and simple I am a Porsche owner who experienced a mechanical issue during the active New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW) period. The issue was documented on video before the warranty expired. The only reason the car was not physically brought in immediately is because Porsche Beverly Hills was closed that weekend. I contacted them first thing on Saturday (during the NVLW period) to schedule an appointment for Monday morning, the next business day, to have the issue evaluated under warranty. What followed was not a misunderstanding -- it was a refusal. Despite the defect occurring during the NVLW period and being promptly reported, Porsche Beverly Hills told me they would not evaluate the issue as a warranty claim. Even worse, their service foreman--who was already physically present --was instructed to stand down. No inspection. No diagnosis. No documentation. Just a refusal. This is not how warranties are supposed to work. A dealership does not get to avoid warranty responsibility simply because it was closed when a defect occurred, then deny coverage by refusing to inspect the car under the NVLW framework when it reopens. That defeats the entire purpose of a warranty. When I escalated the matter to Porsche Cars North America, they sent me back into a circular loop with the dealership. As a direct result, I am sending complaint letters to the Calfiornia Department of Consumer Affairs and the California Attorney General for PCNA and Porsche Beverly Hills' failure to meet the statutory obligations of a warrantor in the State of California. Out of necessity, I contacted another authorized Porsche dealer (Porsche Long Beach). They immediately accepted the vehicle, evaluated it, diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and returned it to me at zero cost. That alone proves the defect was real, diagnosable, and properly handled under warranty -- just not by Porsche Beverly Hills. The contrast could not be clearer. If you are servicing or purchasing a Porsche here, understand this: when a warranty claim becomes inconvenient, Porsche Beverly Hills' apparent strategy is avoidance, not advocacy. The luxury showroom and espresso machine do not matter if the dealership refuses to stand behind the product. I will never service a car here again. Other Porsche owners should document everything and be extremely cautious when dealing with warranty issues at this dealership. Luxury branding. Warranty dodging.

Excellent salesman.
Excellent salesman. Everything else is shady beyond belief, here are some points to guard yourself from the most shady finance department I have encountered in my life, and I've purchased plenty of cars from Toyota, Honda, Lexuses, Porsches: 1). Read and re-read your paperwork, 2). Check your monthly payment with a "car payment calculator". 3). Check the trade value of the vehicle you're trading in. 4). Do not feel that they are trustworthy just because it's "Porsche" or just because it's "Beverly Hills". Here is my experience: "Shady-Shady-Shady" ...

cannot recommend Matt Pruitt at Beverly Hills Porsche
cannot recommend Matt Pruitt at Beverly Hills Porsche highly enough! From the very beginning he made the entire buying experience fun, stress-free, and exciting. He was always available, kept me updated every step of the way, and even sent me behind-the-scenes photos as my car was being prepared. That personal touch made me feel like I was more than just a customer. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Porsche, and he truly cares about making sure you get exactly what you want. He was able to source a car to my exact specifications, which was amazing, and then went the extra mile by sending it to a wrap shop so I could pick it up fully finished and ready to go. I really appreciated how genuine and thoughtful he was throughout the process. What impressed me most was that he clearly values long-term relationships, not just one sale. He took the time to get to know me, made great recommendations, and made me excited for what’s ahead with my new Porsche. If you’re thinking about getting a Porsche, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Matt Pruitt is the absolute best.
