I had a terrible experience with this dealership. In my opinion, Sam Chocholac is a xxxxxxx salesman who is pushy, aggressive and talks and acts quickly to try and force you into deals. I needed to trade in my second Porsche, a beautiful 911s, for a larger car and opted for a 2025 Porsche Panamera 4 E-hybrid. Sam allowed me to special order the car but then flashed me his computer screen with some financials to “give me a sense of the deal when you get the car”. Little did I know that when the car arrived, he tried to HOLD me to this deal including the interest factor without any negotiation saying it was locked in. Totally unheard of. While I got a decent trade in value for my 911 and I was able to improve the interest rate, I still thought it was too high given my A+ credit rating. Sam and the finance manager, Christine Takla, were in collaboration to try to hit me where they could with a bad deal that I had no opportunity to really negotiate fully. I took the car but the whole experience took away from my excitement. Clearly, it affected karma with the car which turned out to be a lemon. Porsche has trouble with the electric and hybrid vehicles and this car was no exception. The first month, the electric system failed and they could never fix it. Porsche bought the car back after 4 months. That process was fine, though the Sam really didn’t care after that as expected. He went through the motions and then disappeared. Christine took 4 more months to return my wheel and tire package money and only after I threatened to file a complain or lawsuit. This is one shady dealership which makes me question whether I will ever get another Porsche again. I replaced my Panamera with a Mercedes S63 and couldn’t be happier.

The paint was damaged and they tried to play it off that I was overly picky. The hood had hard water stains that even outsourcing could not completely rectify. The sales person said if you don’t want it we have others lined up. Needless to say the car was still for sale last I looked.
