I LOVE my Nissan Murano SL!

by Ann W. from Minnetonka, MN | February 15, 2020

I had been reviewing new and used small and mid-size SUVs for about 6 months so I could be prepared to make a good solid purchase of my next vehicle. I ended up test driving a new Mazda CX-5 and decided I wanted a bit more room, and keep my purchase between $25-$30k. I then found a couple of pre-owned Nissan Murano’s at Wayzata Nissan in this price range that looked sporty and included all of the features I was looking for, including heated leather seats in front and back, heated steering wheel, AWD, panoramic moon roof, remote start, V-6, and just the right amount of room inside . . . . In the color I wanted too - Pearl White! I test drove a 2017 and 2018 and ended up buying the 2018 because it was a year newer, lower mileage, and has the feature to open the lift gate with a quick pass of your foot under the rear bumper - a great feature if your hands are full and need to open the lift gate without setting something down to open with your hand or key fob. Upon filling my car with gas for the first time, I realized my gas gauge didn’t work - only went to half tank. My car was still under warranty, so I called the service dept to have this repaired. I also called my salesman, Mike Benincasa, and he made sure this would get repaired. They gave me a loaner car to use while my car was in the shop (a nice new Nissan Rogue which I LOVED by the way!) so I could get around while they worked on my car. They fixed the gas gauge and explained the repairs made, and it’s working perfectly! My Nissan Murano feels so luxurious and I’m absolutely loving it!
