Service dept advisor very well spoken. Mechanics on the other hand are not to good. I have two bad experiences with them not fixing it right the first time. (Cheap Excuses and lack of knowledge) Both times left a bad taste in my mouth I had to go to Ft Collins Nissan to get it done correctly with out issues. I wont buy a Nissan nor will I go to this service dept again unless its an emergency and it cant be driven to Ft Collins.

Colt Anderson entered a bid for a conservation district use vehicle. He was timely in his bid, and once the bidding closed, we awarded Halladay Motors. We had the vehicle delivered from Cheyenne to Worland within 4 days. It would have been sooner if not for some bad weather. The vehicle was delivered in great condition.

The service department did a great job keeping me informed while my vehicle was in the shop. When they were first told the part was back ordered they were able to get me in a loaner so I wasn't without a vehicle. Most dealerships don't offer this. The part came in quicker than expected and they had my car back to me within days. They kept me informed along the way so I always knew what was going on. Thanks Dillon, Heather and the technician that worked on my car!
