Did work on car, now want $178 to determine if it's their
Did work on car, now want $178 to determine if it's their fault for the "clunking noise". Had to a certified mechanic and verified. They "beat around the bush" and not stand behind the work and want more $$ just to look at it to verify that the work was not done right.

Hello Patricia. Thank you for leaving us another review. As we discussed previously, we stand behind all of our work and there is a warranty that is included to cover all work we perform. We asked to have your vehicle returned so we could inspect your concern. If the clunking is related to the fluid leak we corrected, we would warranty the repair. If it is not related then you would be responsible for the technicians time to inspect your vehicle. You declined to bring your vehicle in for a Nissan Master Technician to inspect.
