Truck was fine until they did a recall

Kept bothering me to do an airbag recall ( no parts just a software update ) After completed airbag light came on next day, could not find the time to get me in. to get it resolved. I ended up wasting time and money fixing it myself. What I found was they had simply not re-connected the module correctly after doing the update, which had rendered my airbags useless. Maybe its just me, I would have thought they would give me a loaner and gone above and beyond to resolve a problem they created .... but no sorry we cant get you in ... I do not recommend them for service !!

Horrible. They lie! I was guaranteed to get out of my car and debt yet when i went in they said they couldn't help. Sold me a crappy car. Never told me when i got out of lease early id roll over debt so now im stuck.

janesville nissan sold my daughter a 2016 versa with a dent in the roof of the car and no second key when we called them they said there is nothing we can do bring back the car didn't tell us about the dent or the key in my buying cars over 40 years this is the worst dealer ever if you want a nissan rockford or crystal lake Louie bertone
