Tacoma Nissan

Sold me a truck that was dented with no report of "minor damage or accident" on the CarFax and the damage did not exist when I test drove the truck. I went to sign the paperwork without being offered the chance to inspect the truck for any damage that might have happened while it sat after my test drive 3 days prior. The truck had dents on both back side panels, an unlevel back bumper from the collision and discrepancies in oil service they claim to have performed. After I discovered the dents that same day, I immediately contacted Oscar that evening and he claimed "we missed that and will fix it". INSTEAD of sending the truck to a collision repair shop they did a terrible job ON SITE and the truck still has dents and the paint job looks hideous AFTER THE "REPAIR"! They wasted enough time for it to be too late for me to back out of the "deal". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! They claim "they did the best they could".... a NISSAN dealer is not some third rate car dealer and should have never let a vehicle off the lot in this condition. Shameful. I would have never bought a damaged truck that now has horrible resale value with this shoddy paint job and dent repair. FRAUD.
