Our experience at Dave Smith Nissan was nothing short of OUTSTANDING! If you are looking for a new car, truck or SUV, this is the place to go. We have bought a few vehicles in our lifetime and it can be a stressful as well as an exciting time. When Dave Smith Nissan says their is no hassles sales, you can believe that statement 100 percent. We purchased a 2020 Midnight Edition Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. We dealt with 3 people on this purchase; Ric Boston was our first contact by phone. He kept in contact with us by sending valuable information we requested on select vehicles via email in order for us to make a decision that suited our needs. Our sales associate Ty Laflamme was OUTSTANDING to work with. He made the whole experience so much fun! Ty was Extremely knowledgeable on all vehicles, had a great personality, very personable, and provided excellent customer service and once again No Hassle Sales. He listened to our needs and answered all of our questions, and believe me we had a few. Once we finally found the vehicle we wanted, we started working up the deal. We were trading in our 2016 Nissan Rogue, (another great vehicle to own), the process was seamless. This is where we met Chuck (one the the General Managers). Along with Ty, Chuck worked on our deal, gave us a great trade in for our Rogue as well as some excellent incentives on the 2020 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab. Chuck was excellent in providing us with a deal that worked for us and again, No Hassle Sales. The whole experience at Dave Smith Nissan was Awesome! The staff was truly Outstanding, the 2020 Frontier is Awesome. Thank you all for making this a fabulous experience. We will be back!

Scheduled an online service to have a much needed oil change. I was contacted an hour before my appointment time to let me know that my appointment was being canceled. I will take my business to another dealer.

My Wife and I were very much pleased with the sales staff.
We feel that we got a fair deal on a very good car.
They didn't try to pressure us in to something that we didn't want. After a week of ownership and still shopping around and finding that we actually got an excellent deal.
There are still honest dealers.
I am 64 years old and have dealt with some doouzzys.
