Had such an awesome experience at the Kar Mart Nissan . My boy Gator hooked me up with a brand new Frontier . So satisfied with their service & attention, that I recommend everyone drop in & see the good deals you can with these guys !

not happy
I don't know what to say besides, I am shocked. It was late and the husband had to get up in 4 hours for work, so I said I would come back and they can show me how to navigate the car system? I did, also discovered scratches on NEW CAR. I returned so they could show me how to do the GPS,nav, and all that. I waited till my plates came in. I show up and the sales guy disappears? and I am told he went to lunch? Then I was told to go to the service center where I was treated AWSOME by Luis, who was very disappointed with the sales department and what they told me. they put plates on and then I said, " OK Now can someone show me how to work all this interior stuff? 3 people later, A kid says, well let me see what I can do? He gets in my car with me and I said ok, can you show me how to do all this? He says oh no. I am not Nissan certified? He couldn't even explain a blue tooth? I said then why did you offer to get in my car to show me? I was there for over an hour and nobody could show me the features in the car that I bought? So I am paying for something I know nothing about, and music keeps stopping, and he thought he could fix that? they all avoided me like I was a nobody? I live over an hour away, they were supposed to pay my gas and didn't. I want to return this car that I know nothing about and it doesn't seem like they do either. I will be in touch with corporate to resolve this. I noticed 2 scratches on the car the morning after the sale. They said I could buff them out????? Are you kidding I will give an awesome word on Luis who took the time to ride a short distance and show great concern for my issue? Other then that, I want a new car. going all these miles back and forth and the sales guys avoid me like they never saw me? I am paying a very high payment that I feel I was also railroaded on.
