Don't Make the Same Mistake I Made!

I bought a used Nissan Versa Note here in January 2020 and to this day I regret it, for multiple reasons, even though I absolutely love Nissan Versa Notes. Don't make the same mistake I made! There are multiple reasons for my rating. First, this dealership routinely jacks up the price beyond what other dealerships in the area do and justifies it by offering routine services which they then describe as "free". But then when you ask them about the extra charge they mention those services. Sorry, you don't get to have it both ways. The result was that I paid much more for the car than it was worth. Don't make the same mistake! Second, I received no follow-up whatsoever from the sales associate after I drove my car off the lot. He did return the rental car (to the car rental place right next door to the dealership) as he promised but never even confirmed that he had done so and it took me several calls to the rental car place to confirm that the car was returned. But the third reason may be the most important. When I sat down with the sales associate, one of the first things I said was that I was pre-approved through one finance company and I did NOT want them to reach out to multiple finance companies which would result in multiple hard inquiries on my credit report. I repeated this to their finance guy very clearly. However, they ignored that and went ahead and made multiple credit inquiries, which to this day (more than a year later) are keeping my credit score lower than it should be. When a dealership ignores explicit instructions in order to make a quick sale that is simply unacceptable. I needed a car quickly but I would have been much better off to keep the rental a few more days and find a better dealership. I might have ended up with a car I liked a little less (Versa Notes have been discontinued and are hard to find) but it would have been worth it to make a much smarter purchase. Don't make the same mistake I made! When the final price is much more than you expected, get up and walk out. You'll be glad you did.

Misrepresented product. Sold me a pack of lies.

Avoid! Danger! Run while you can. I bought a used car here and the lies, deception and scams keep piling up. Everyone was friendly at first, in the same way a shark smiles at fresh blood in the water. The salesman and the manager misrepresented and lied about the condition of the used car. It was an older car but with very low miles and looked nice. They told me it was a quality car and had been inspected and was in great shape. They said it wasn’t driven much, in prime shape, and a perfect deal. I smelled what I thought was anti-freeze. They hid the truth by steam cleaning the engine and saying the smell was the cleaning fluid. I specifically asked about the smell. The smell did turn out to be anti-freeze and oil leaking through the bad, aged seals. The car looked nice but the condition was horrid. The first problem, coils, happened on day one. They fixed that one. Then when the bigger problems came on within a week, they accused me of doing the damage! You cannot destroy engine seals in a week. This time, they tried to tell me that car's low miles indicated that it had been sitting and anything can happen over time. Which lie is it? They wanted to charge me almost $3000 for a car I had for less than week. To add insult to injury, at first, they said they would fix the problem for free. Then they reneged and wanted the full amount. I was shocked. After a lot of haggling and frustration I got the price down but the problems keep coming. Bad coils, check engine lights and Priority has only made it a "priority" to rip me off. I will never spend another dime there and highly recommend — warn you — not to either.

Awesome Experience...Military Friendly

Very impressed...I have bought over 17 cars for my family over the years, and this was the most customer-friendly dealership. Our salesman was Mohamed...had an office filled with awards, and I see why. Fair, nice, no-pressure...and a reasonable deal for my daughter. I live in Maryland, but will go back. The General Manager even introduced himself and offered my daughter his card/number in case she couldn't get ahold of me...and he was sincere. is not often you buy a used car and feel good.
