my experience with priority nissan was not a good one. I had some repairs done a while back and because we did not purchase the parts from them they claim there is no proof of work done. I sent the the paperwork showing what was shipped this included radiator and transmission. Then they claim they replaced the radiator along with the transmission. Now the vehicle is in the shop again for the same thing a new transmission. The transmission they installed failed because they failed to install the radiator that was shipped with it. It is at a different shop now. The mechanic said the transmission failed because they did not replace the radiator. In fact he ran the serial number and it is the original radiator when the vehicle was manufactured. Nissan claims that cannot be proven and they are not at fault. They refuse to help in any way. I was asking for a little help not even full costs. They basically slammed the door in face, so I would not send anyone I know to them.

This has been the worst experience of my life . 2/7/2021 I went in for oil change and engine light check . They changed the oil and then proceeded to tell us our engine is shot . The car was under warranty at the time . Adam Harrison said he would reach out to the warranty department to get in touch with us to schedule the inspection. 1 month later still didn’t hear anything from inspector so I called service department to o my find out there were no records of my diagnosis with the engine and that I had to come back to get it diagnosed again . With covid our family can’t afford to take days off and with this being our only vehicle it’s frustrating to hear your engine is no good . We have only had this vehicle 2 years . Every oil change and service has been done at the dealership due to warranty for life of engine and transmission. Let’s fast forward to yesterday 4/27/21 we returned to dealership again about the engine light and again Adam Harrison was the service person we dealt with . We explained why we were back and he started typing a bunch of stuff and we confronted the former issue and he was so rude and error at stating “ I told you your engine was shot and you need a new one “ and my husband was like where is the report stating that and he said right here . Mind you there was no report the first go around to prove that engine was bad . My husband then asked the warranty person never called and Adam said well here is the number and wrote it on a scrap paper and said good luck you won’t get it covered and smiled handed us his written report that he typed right in front of us and never looked at our car and handed us our key and sent us on the way. We asked for mangers phone number and he said right and laughed . I have never been so upset about customer service in my life . We went priority because of the coverage and felt like we were giving the run around to void our warranty and the way Adam acted or I should say didn’t act was so unprofessional. It was ever about the money just providing an honest service as advertised. Now my husband and I are looking at a bill that’s $12000 and all this could have been taken care of in the beginning under warranty . I will never buy or tell anyone to ever go to this place .
