Nothing has changed at this dealership. May be different management but the same shady practices! Mind you it is still owned by the same folks who have profited big time with unethical selling practices. Thank God I bought the extra bumper to bumper coverage. I haven’t had the car a year and it broke down this week. And yes I have had all maintenance done by Hilliard Automotive since buying the car. I towed the car Friday evening and a salesperson told me to see him Saturday morning. “They would make it right”. NOT Want to make it right? Swap this piece of smoked in car for one that actually might be drivable and breathable in!! And close to being worth what I paid for this car! I am refiling complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, State Attorney Generals Office, BBB and Nissan Corporate naming the owner of this dealership. Other dealerships have been successfully taken to court by states AG’s office. I encourage other victims to do the same so they have sufficient evidence to hold them accountable!

Worst dealership experience ever! Charles Bull is a liar as the finance manager, Manny (GM) is a coward who wont face his customers directly but keeps calling the desk while trying to do a deal instructing the sales person how to try and swindle you. Complete bait and switch on pricing and availability of vehicles. Lies about price, false promises and they stack their sheets with gap insurance without telling clients. I made a good decision to not by from them.

Just swing by to see my option on new Nissan Frontier , but Mohamed convince me to buy now , not only that , he gave me a deal on 2025 Nissan Frontier SV 4X4 that i can't refused. Great job .
