Mr.Ahmed who works in the service department at Safford Brown's Nissan in Fairfax Va. took care of me very well on 5/24/24 when I took my car there for an oil change. I purchased my car from there about a year ago. Mr. Ahmed went beyond what was neccesar to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He was fantastic and I would recommend anyone to use there service dept. and/or purchase a vehicle. Derek.

We brought our car in because it had made a loud noise a
We brought our car in because it had made a loud noise a few times and asked the technicians if they could fix it. The technicians confidently said it was because the belt and tensioner were worn and said we needed to replace them. After replacing, they still observed the noise, and went on to tighten the radiator fan assembly and then returned the car. Next morning, the sound was still there. Charged us $950 for not fixing the issue. In talking to them after, they saw no problem in charging $950 for something that had nothing to do with the noise we asked them to fix. "You approved it when we had diagnosed the car and recommended this". Unfortunately, it is short term great business to spend labor and parts that have nothing to do with what the customer asked for. But we're not coming back. The center may have gained $950 in revenue this time, but lost a customer for life, worth on average around $1000 per year for one 6-year old Nissan car. A terrible business decision.

Our experience with Safford Brown Nissan Fairfax was overall positive. We scheduled our initial test drive and visit with Ricky Clemons from the Sales Department. He’s very friendly, extremely knowledgable, and easy to work with. No hard sales, no pressure from Ricky….he met all our needs and then some. Tell him what you want and he’ll work his hardest to meet your needs. He showed us the entire dealership, answered all our questions, and even paired our phones to the vehicle. The only bit of a hard sell was in the finance office dealing with the extended warranty. All the staff at Safford Brown Nissan Fairfax were wonderful.
