They failed to tell me the gas tank had to have minimal
They failed to tell me the gas tank had to have minimal gas by in it. Wasted my time, my gas and caused an unnecessary trip. They could have told me at the 1st trip - when they didn’t have the part, or when the part came in and the appointment was reschedule, or during the multiple reminders. plenty of opportunities for the instructions but they failed to do it.
