I had an incredible experience working with Anthony and Johnny at Ken Garff Orem while searching for my new car. As a woman unfamiliar with cars, I found the process intimidating, but Anthony made it easy. From the first phone call, he was respectful and genuinely concerned about my credit. The dealership atmosphere was welcoming and clean. Anthony's knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and even though I had credit challenges, I left with the perfect car. Johnny walked me through the contract details clearly and made the signing process fun with his tech setup. Had a hard time understanding them.
Had a hard time understanding them. I have not heard back yet on who my car loan is through. There’s was a mother Car I wanted from the Nissan dealer ship in West Valley that I wanted which was less expensive. I was told that they would have the car drove him down to the dealership in Orem for me which never happened and ended up buying a car there which was 6000 more dollars. I wanted to go through my credit Union to get the loan and I talk to and was already approved and it was less interest rate for me and for some reason, I don’t know what happened if they use them or not, but my interest white went up to 8.49. Still waiting to hear back on who my loan is through.
