This team went above and beyond the help me get something affordable and dependable. Thank you to Karina and Jason for all of the time and effort put forth into making my visit to Bravo definitely worth the while. And unlike other dealers who don’t answer calls, texts or want to answer any questions after you purchase from them, Karina and Jason both made sure to reach out to me the following day to make sure I was ok and to let me know they were there if I have any future questions. Sadly, this is just another used car sales lot that's going to tell you how honest and transparent they are and then lie tou you and treat you like crap. They had me drive over an hour and a half after we discussed price on the phone. I was told to come down as they wouldnt lose the deal over the price. When we got there they played bait and switch with the sales people and after assuring us that they wouldn't lose the deal over the price what was discussed over the phone.... One of their "closers" was rude, insulting and told me to have a good day as they weren't going to negotiate. They are not honest. Save yourself the time and headache find another dealership.

False Advertising!! They add $2800 to the price of the vehicle plus ttl of every vehicle listed!! They think the customer is too stupid to realize it!!
