Please check your vin prior to purchase. The "certified" vehicle we were sold turned out to be a vehicle with known engine damage picked up from auction. A service team member confirmed the vehicles battery was recently changed which I believe turned the check engine light off temporarily. The vehicle was then certified by the service team and placed for sale for $20,896. When we arrived the unexpected fees brought the cost up to $28k! After some haggling we agreed to move forward even with it being more than we expected believing the quality of the certification was worth the extra cost. That was a big mistake! We now have no vehicle due to it being returned on Thursday, dealership will not return our down payment so we can purchase a new vehicle. They never sent the information to finalize my financing for the vehicle, so they are just holding the vehicle while refusing to give us our money back. We have called several times and we are just being told a manager will call us. Everyday we wait we are paying for a rental due to not having a vehicle. So, all in all stay far away from this place, do not put yourself in my situation.

I NEVER write reviews, so that should speak volumes about my experience with this dealership. I have NEVER encountered such poor customer service from ANY business across the board, let alone a car dealership. EVERY encounter that I've had with the staff at this dealership has been initially "pleasant" (of course), all for them to then turn around and be disrespectful, dismissive, and incredibly inconsiderate. I'm so livid at this point and initially was going to return to the dealership with my husband (who would not be as patient and understanding), but instead, decided it would be in the best interest of everyone for me to leave a review (at least for now). The first time I ever stepped foot in this dealership was June 15, 2024. Prior to arriving, I spoke to a young man who was a new salesman by the name of Parth and told him what I was looking to do (and I was VERY clear about it). When I arrived, he greeted me, and I REITERATED that I had already been preapproved by and spoken to a lender and that is the ONLY lender I wanted them to run my credit through for approval. I was a woman who walked into this dealership solo, knowing EXACTLY what the process normally is, and being well aware that many times, assumptions are made about women walking into dealerships alone and how we often get taken advantage of (in addition to the fact that I personally am friends with and know more than one car salesman who discussed with me how dealerships tend to operate). With that in mind, I wanted to make it clear that I know exactly what I want and I'm NOT one of them. A man by the name of Reginald Huff (manager) came over to assist Parth and I reiterated exactly what my wishes were AGAIN to him, to be sure there were no misunderstandings. He agreed to do as I asked, and we proceeded to have a conversation about life and family. He smiled in my face and talked to me about everything EXCEPT the fact that they commenced to run my credit through multiple lenders ANYWAY! I drive off in my car and later find out after receiving multiple notifications that these people sent my information to 5 additional lenders outside of the ONE I requested they work with. One of the most frustrating parts is that, guess who I ended up getting the best approval through anyway? THE EXACT ONE I INITIALLY TOLD THEM TO GO THROUGH IN THE FIRST PLACE! So, the others were UNNECESSSARY! Since this incident, I have been put off, my calls have not been returned, emails ignored, I've had men try to "school" me about a process that I'm all too familiar with because of their own sexist assumptions, and NO ONE I've talked to has stuck to their word and had this situation rectified, INCLUDING the General Sales Manager, Luis Puente, as I was in in-person and email communication with him as far back as August of 2024! For a "professional" business, the service has been xxxx-poor from the start and when I finally contact corporate, instead of getting the runaround, I will be SURE to let them know.

Great First-Time Buyer Experience! My daughter had a fantastic first-time car buying experience at Courtesy Nissan, all thanks to Sakar. Even in over 100-degree heat, he greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond—pulling cars up front for her to test drive so she didn’t have to walk in the heat. He was kind, patient, and never pushy. Although we didn’t buy that day, Sakar followed up and gave her time to decide. Two weeks later, she came back and bought her first car—and it was because of the excellent care and service Sakar provided. Highly recommend!
