If I have looked at reviews before we took our car here we'd of known.. If you have warranty or insurance work DON'T take it here.. they are rude because they don't like it. Then charge you for looking at a cabin filter and charge $107 fir a diagnostic which they will charge the insurance for again when u come back for the repair. They won't be honest and up front about fees when its warranty work either. They'll find a way to make their money. Terrible place

We would never intentionally be anything less than transparent about fees, and we apologize if any part of the process wasn’t clearly explained. The diagnostic charge you mentioned is a standard requirement for warranty and insurance claims, but it should always be communicated upfront. We will review this internally to ensure better clarity moving forward.

I took my vehicle in for a recall.
I took my vehicle in for a recall. I mentioned about a noise my vehicle was making and was advised it would be $199 for them just to look at it. I told them not to check it. Later I received a call advising me that it was my fuel pump and that I needed to replace it. The charge for them to replace it would be $1,700. Again I said to disregard and not to fix anything. When I picked up my vehicle the employee that drove it out to the garage was rude. I got my fuel filters replaced and that took care of the noise. I guess there was nothing wrong with my fuel pump.
