I had a 3:30 appointment on Monday for an oil change.
I had a 3:30 appointment on Monday for an oil change. Was told my wait time would be an hour and a half. I had an appointment and I was early. “We will get right on that “ would have sounded better. I feel that if I have made an appointment, it should be handled with alacrity or at least convince me that you will get right on that. Having an appointment then being told the wait is an hour and a half do not go together. That is the purpose of the appointment. Now, having said all this, the guy I dealt with— cowboy hat and boots— is a great guy for this position. I felt he handled himself well especially after I let my irritation show when I was told that I was looking at a possible hour and a half wait when I had an appointment for a 30 minute task. He maintained a professional demeanor throughout. Final thoughts: If you are going to tell me a lie. Make it positive with “ we will get right on that since you have an appointment “ or “ we will have you out in about 45 minutes”.

Just purchased a first car for granddaughter.
Just purchased a first car for granddaughter. Her grandmother went with her and what a nightmare. The truth is the car is a piece of trash. For a 2 year old car this Nissan had many hidden issues. Less than 45 days and we are told the car needs $6,000+ amount of work. We purchased a warranty only to find that the warranty company would not honor it because work had been done on the car by unauthorized mechanics. The car had been in an accident and nobody disclosed it. This meant the warranty company would not honor the work it needed because it was not done by Nissan. The sales, management, and upper-level big wigs will do nothing about it. Nice job Fort Worth Nissan. Your reputation has to mean more to you than a few dollars. You managed to break a young girl’s heart and leave her with a very bad opinion of Fort Worth Nissan. And, when we tried to get relief, they had the gall to try and sell us a second vehicle (not a replacement but another) as their answer.
