Charlie Clark Nissan of El Paso

So Tabitha Sosa answered on my review and left me a phone number I've called and left messages and still no response on a used vehicle I bout which they sold me a lemon and didnt want to nothing for me even though I bought extended warranty it's been monthes and nothing very bad service

I tried to purchase a 2025 Nissan Kicks SR FWD in Canyon Bronze Metallic through the Nissan Buy@Home program from Charlie Clark Nissan (CCN) where CCN is listed as a participating dealer. Through the Buy@Home, Nissan offered me a non discounted MSRP price of $30,002 including tax, title, license, and fees. I also had a check from my Credit Union for that particular car and a cash down payment, ready to purchase it as a cash deal. However, after I spoke with my salesman and I had gone through Nissan's Buy@Home for purchase from CCN, he came back with additional charges that CCN tacks on outside of the MSRP. These additional charges were $2,194, out of which I only wanted $499 for window tint. CCN's total price, no discounts given, including tt&l, was $32,925.52, $2,923.52 over the Buy@Home price that Nissan offered me. To accommodate the higher price and still pay for Charlie Clark Nissan’s $2,194 “pocket lining”, including tt&l, the salesman suggested I get a 2025 Kicks in SV FWD. I would effectively be paying the same price for a lesser vehicle. Therefore I ended my negotiations with Charlie Clark Nissan. The next day, I bought a new 2025 Nissan Kicks SR in AWD with $800 additional 2 tone paint in Arctic Ice Blue from a different dealer in El Paso for $1,975 less. When I searched at the Nissan Buy@Home program website, that dealer was not listed, but is a dealer I found through the Navy Federal True Car car buying service website and the Military True Car car buying website. Because Charlie Clark Nissan (CCN) refused to delete even some of the addendum charges, I paid less for a more expensive and better 2025 Kicks, SR AWD in Arctic Ice Blue at different El Paso dealer. Effectively, CCN would not live up to my offer from the Nissan Buy@Home program.

Fui a Charlie Clark Nissan en busca de un auto nuevo, mi prima me recomendó al salesman Poncho Aguilar, y salí muy contenta con mi nuevo 2025 Nissan Kicks, el me ayudó en el proceso de compra y me explico todo muy bien, súper recomendado y pronto volveré para comprar un carro para mi hija y volveré con Poncho.
