We purchased a used vehicle in January of this year.
We purchased a used vehicle in January of this year. We were given a price and decided to drive almost 3 hours to purchase the vehicle. When we arrived and went over the paperwork, an additional charge was added for a Triton warranty. We asked to have the charge removed since we didn't want the warranty. We were told that it was in the fine print that it was mandatory and couldn't be removed. We decided to purchase the vehicle anyway. Since that time, I've attempted to contact Triton, who shows no record of a warranty. I've called Casa Nissan countless times to get help. I get passed around until I get a random voicemail only to never get a return call. I'm so frustrated. I would never recommend this dealership.

I visited Casa Nissan for the purpose of selling my vehicle. I worked with Edgar Esparza and very satisfied with the sales procedure. Edgar worked with me to come to an agreeable price. Edgar is very professional and willing to work with you to sell your vehicle. If you are in the market to sell your vehicle, give Edgar Esparza a chance. The facility is undergoing remodeling so the shop is not at it's best.
