Nissan of Boerne

I found a Pro X4 with all the features I wanted on Nissan of Boerne's website. I requested through the chat for a salesperson to contact me via text. Within 10 minutes, Demetrius Hatten reached out. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and provided helpful information about a few topics I asked about. After some back-and-forth texting, we agreed on terms that worked for both the dealership and me. We scheduled to pick up the Armada the next morning. I arrived with my lively toddler, and from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff. Sales Manager Anthony even came over to say hello, making us feel right at home. We were in the finance office about 20 minutes with Tori, who was also showing Lawrence how to do a lease. Their kindness and expertise made the process smooth and surprisingly enjoyable, despite a sudden migraine brought on by the weather. All in all, my experience was painless and filled with genuine hospitality. I’m excited to say I will definitely be returning to Nissan of Boerne—where friendly faces and top-notch service make car buying a pleasure!

I simply had one question about the cost to ship and they would not answer. But they hammered me about stopping by. Nah, it’s like 300 miles away.

It was downhill the moment we got there. Was pulling into space when Luis walked in front of me and gave me a dirty look like I did Something wrong. Told my Sales rep, Marlon (who tried to make things right but they wouldn't let him.) that I would not wok with that man. Marlon was new so he told them and they assigned Jorge. This dealership is unprofessional. Does not provide any kind of contract, asked for inspection report and got a quickly printed paper showing oil change. Questioned figures and Jorge proceeded to talk down to me like I didn't know how to to. do math. Do not honor word..keys need new batteries was told they did not have so I had to buy. Jorge said if that doesn't work he would get me new key. WELL THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, WAS TOLD I BOUGHT CAR AS IS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND NISSAN OF BOERNE IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. They are very deceitful. However, Marlon was very professional and courteous. I would suggest he leave this company and go to a reputable dealer before they corrupt him.
