Do not buy a car, truck, suv , or sports car. I repeat do not buy from here. Very poor management and nobody picks up the phone or calls back. I bought a new 370Z 2020 and the tow hook was not in the trunk at time of purchase, now I need it and it’s not in the car. I called Ozzy Vizcarra the new car sales manager and he said that’s not his problem and said I have to go buy one myself. I am still waiting for Phill Auguste to call me back the general manager after spending 37k. I would think a $100 tow hook would not be a problem for them to give me since it was supposed to be equipped with the car at time of purchase. I never looked for it because I never needed it until now. I will never ever buy a car from this dealership again and I would never suggest anyone to buy from here. -David.S

HORRIBLE SERVICE
This is the WORST Nissan to come to. Every time I come, they try to get me to pay more for things I never ask for. Today, I went for an oil change and they tried to get me to pay $179 to INSPECT a windshield wiper sensor. Thats the reason for light sensors inside of your car. I replaced the washer fluid and still my light is on, but wanting to charge me $179 for them to use their eyes when I already used mine is RIDICULOUS. My family has been with Nissan for over 20 years. You would think they’d show appreciation for loyal customers. I use to leave with complementary gas from time to time. Now every time I go, they’re trying to get me to spend a grip!
