Awful sales tactics here

Hands down the worst car shopping experience of my life. I had an appointment and none of the cars I wanted were even on the lot. I was greeted by the receptionist with the loud statement "shes a warm lead, who wants her?" The dealership didn't follow mask mandates during Covid. While I was in the dealership (about 2 hours) the male manager spoke with every male customer but as the only female customer in the building, he never even said hello to me! Very sexist vibes and treatment. Females beware if you go there! When an offer was presented to me, I wasn't allowed to keep the offer sheet or even take a photo of it! VERY dishonest and dirty sales tactics here. I do NOT recommend. I would walk before giving this dealership a penny. I spoke with one manager (Dana) afterwards about my awful experience she didn't care at all. Worst dealership ever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience at any place of business before. This place threatened to use my personal information without my consent, tried to change my loan terms after having signed and agreed to a legally binding contract (even having had my own financing from the get-go), threatened me and my partner and verbally abused us, and scammed me into buying a non working vehicle. I had to file a complaint against them with the OCCC. Now I'm paying a $1200 bill to fix the issues with the vehicle just to able to drive it. I haven't had reliable transportation to work for weeks, and I am still paying hundreds in repairs. As a full time student, with a full time work schedule this has been so stressful financially and mentally. When we tried to seek a solution with the manager, he belittled me and my partner - asking us if we were stupid and if we even knew what the days of the week were. When speaking with the financial agent, I explained that I had my own financing and that I only agreed to those terms - he threatened to use my social security number to aquire other financing that I did not consent to more than a week after the sale of the vehicle. When I explained to him that I came in with my own financing and clearly only agreed to use my own financing - he said it didn't matter and said that they didn't need my permission to use my social for loans AND SMIRKED AT ME WHILE SAYING THIS. Working with this place was stressful, financially draining, exhausting, and made me feel insignificant as xxxx. Its sad that my wellness, financial stability, and sanity was only worth few thousand dollars to this company. I don't understand how this place is still in business. TLDR: This places uses intimidation, threatened me, and left me financially xxxxed. Don't come here if you want a working car and to be treated like a human being.

Terrible service, certified package was lost

After buying a pre-owned truck, at checkout late at closing time, technician couldn't find the certification package and promised to mail it to me. After 3 weeks and numerous calls, they informed me the vehicle was not certified, but I still need my extra key that was promised me. Service people keep telling me different stories about how or when I might get it. Now they claim, I need to bring the car by to get a key. Really? A dealership has the VIN number and should be able to make a key to fit, while their other sales people told me they have already made a key. Incompetent staff and stories do not make for a good dealership.
