Purchased a new car in August 2025. By September 2025 tires were showing to be wearing out prematurely. I notified Don Davis & they said they were not wearing out. I took the car to 3 different tire specialists whom all told me the same thing. Now in February 2026 I am having to replace the tires with only 12,000 miles on them. The manufacturer of the tire states they are aware this is a defective model of tires. Don Davis once again has refused any help. They have also stated that the tire specialists that have inspected the tires do not know what they are talking about. Very poor customer service.

Horrible experience. New car purchase August 2025. Have to buy new tires 5 months later. They refuse to help with this. We were notified 1 month after purchase by numerous tire professionals that tires were too worn for a new car. We started trying to work with Don Davis to rectify this but they refused. Now February of 2026 they still refuse so we have to purchase new tires for a 5 month old car.
