Reliance Nissan of Alvin

Very poor experience here. Was mislead into paying way more than what was originally agreed upon. Never was given the original contract at the time of signing (said they’d send it to me but never did) so who’s to say they didn’t change the price of the vehicle on the paperwork after the fact. I’m sure they have cameras in the office and so they could easily see and hear what was originally agreed upon between myself and the finance person. Was prepared to walk away but finance person said they’d come down on price. But contract said otherwise. In fact the sale price was higher than it was even advertised as. They didn’t secure financing until weeks after we got the vehicle. I’m learning now that we could have canceled the deal all together because of this fact. Just be careful when dealing with this company. It was my son’s first vehicle that he’s gotten on his own and this experience has left a poor taste in my mouth.

WENT IN FOR SERVICE PRICING ON MAINTENANCE AND FOUND IT TO BE NICE , CLEAN DEALERSHIP WITH STAFF THAT CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO .
