My sales person/product specialist, Amanda Chevannes, was kind, welcoming, extremely knowledgable, and approached with a nonthreatening manner that made me comfortable with the entire sales process. She patiently and accurately answered all of my questions and made me feel confident with my decision to purchase my new Murano, rather than pressuring me like other sales personnel I have encountered in the past at other dealerships.
