Bought a truck and paid 5000 in low inventory fees that felt like a scam. Absolutely no sense of value in my purchase. I was excited about my new vehicle but it feels tainted forever by being charged such an exuberant price.

Horrible. I was sold a car. While it was in detailing to be cleaned, it was damaged. I didn’t realize it till I got home …the damage to corner of hood, grill, fender and one of the lights didn’t work. I talked to salesman ( MEHMET ECIRLI) and nothing was done… was basically accused of damaging the grill, hood and fender in the 45 min it took me to get home! Also talked to sales manager… that was a waste of time… still nothing done… I left a voicemail with finance manager… never received a call back! Since moving to East Tn, I’ve purchased all cars from them… never again The worst part is I told the salesman when I bought the car, my daughter was looking at trading … then after I contacted him about the damage…he said to me “ if your daughter comes in to buy we will absolutely fix your car!!! That irritated me and my daughter she went to another dealer and purchased a new car. It’s sad they are so inclined to blame others but themselves! MEHMET ECIRLI salesman, the sales manager and finance manager were absolutely worthless and only care about the $$ After that comment from salesman neither one of us will ever buy from Ted Russel Nissan again!!!!

We consider Ted russell Nissan part of our family! Shane Anderson is top notch and always takes care of us as well as other members of our family when looking for a car. You are in good hands when you go see Shane Anderson and Mehmet Ecirli. I was in a recent car accident and they worked diligently to find me a new car in a day!!! They helped my husband in January to trade our old Rogue for a new Rogue. The best deals! They work hard to meet your needs—especially financially. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
