Could not have received better service.
Could not have received better service. They got the job done promptly and the agreed upon price. They have a very nice waiting room with a selection of beverages while they are completing the work. The service man was nice polite, and courteous with a good sense of humor.

I had my truck at Ted Russell Nissan Knoxville TN for 4
I had my truck at Ted Russell Nissan Knoxville TN for 4 separate occasions. 2 of those were to diagnose. Two separate parts ordered and multiple episodes of lack of honesty in the service department. Which ultimately led to a general manager discussion who did not even acknowledge his customer. The service manager lied and fabricated fake calls and fake appointments. A total failure and fraud of a service department.
