Nissan of Cool Springs

We had a very disappointing experience at Nissan of Cool Springs. We worked with Bishoy for two days trying to purchase a used vehicle, only to have the process made unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and despite being told we were working toward securing the car, it became clear they were working another deal at the same time without being upfront. This resulted in a lot of wasted time for us and our kids, sitting and waiting while nothing moved forward. We found out the vehicle was sold just one hour after we left, which made it obvious the car was never truly being held for us. If they had been honest about that from the start, we could have avoided a lot of frustration. Overall, the lack of transparency and respect for our time made this a very negative experience. We would not recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled.

The initial price quoted to me was $39,142 after rebate for the 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x4. Nonetheless, upon examining the paperwork, I found that I only received a $500 rebate, resulting in a final purchase price of $43,456. Moreover, the vehicle was not fully loaded, and the salesperson neglected to inform me that the "Vehicle Protection Plan" for $2,399 consisted of pre-existing features such as tinted windows, paint protection, and nitrogen-filled tires. I was also misinformed about the unlimited oil change package and the 7-year free oil change promotion, which in reality only lasted for 3 years. I strongly recommend that others thoroughly review all documentation and exercise caution when dealing with deceptive sales practices.$43,456 plus $1200 tint, and nitrous in tires.plus $1199 p-plate surface protection, plus $1362 Maintenance contract!! Total plus the trade in, add on, that I did not ask.

"These guys have the worst fine print... they will add thousands and thousands of dollars out of nowhere. Don't even bother stepping on their property. They're absolutely a bunch of thieves. Whatever they're advertising is baloney."
