Robbie made buying a car sight unseen such an easy experience. He was always able to answer my questions about the vehicle through text, which was very convenient for me, and even provided a video walkthrough to make sure everything looked as it should. The negotiating process was very low stakes and no pressure, which I appreciated; a very different experience than I've had at other dealerships. There is no question this will be my first stop the next time I need a new vehicle!
