Bought my XTerra from them 13 years ago after hearing
Bought my XTerra from them 13 years ago after hearing about their stellar reputation. My EXCEPTIONAL experience with their service department; specifically head mechanic James and service staff, Geoff, Chris, Hailey, Jennifer and Jacob is why it was certain my next Nissan purchase would be at Coastal Nissan in Pawleys Island, SC. My initial intention was to purchase a new XTerra after 60,000 miles and that didn’t come to be because when my mileage reached that point Nissan stopped manufacturing X Terras. My Nissan reached almost 142,000 miles at which point, for my situation, a new vehicle was the best financial decision…yet not the best emotional one. In my 67 years of life my XTerra has been my favorite car of all time. Am going into background detail about this to punctuate how AMAZING the sales person CHAD WOODELL was as he patiently, compassionately, and courteously gave me options that would never replace the X Terra, in my mind, yet has definitely been shown to be a perfect fit for me at this time! Great appreciation goes to Chad for the calming supportive presence he was for me. He gave me space to be contemplative and he conveyed facts figures and details to encourage confidence about navigating something new. James English was, also, impactful in providing me with a fair trade in and was gracious and kind and offered a couple financial scenarios to assist me. And the finance manager stayed a half hour after their closing to ensure I could drive off the lot in my new Nissan Kicks SR that evening. Chad, also, stayed and helped me transfer the contents of my XTerra into my Kicks. The experience I’ve had for years and recently, with every employee I’ve met there, including the office lady that helped me with the new coffee machine, validates why my recommendation is for those in need/want of a vehicle purchase one at Coastal Nissan in Pawleys Island and ask for CHAD WOODELL to guide you. Am sure Chad can illuminate your way to a customized car for your situation and subsequent support for its after care, as he has for me.

RUN away do NOT buy a car from them!
RUN away do NOT buy a car from them! They are the worst they take advantage of you every way they can. They lie and don't give you information that you need and are priced higher than any other dealer. Truthfully it was bait and switch and elder abuse! They care less if you're happy with the purchase and they perfected who's doing what to make the the highest price they can. I pray they go down in sales and can't screw anyone else.They won't even return your calls and you go to the showroom and the big bad managers won't come out of hiding to talk to you. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased and they are not BBB approved.
