Terrible experience with there service department last time ever trusting them with my vehicle my interaction with their service manager Norm didnt help either

The staff was very friendly. Carmiesha Beck was my salesperson, she was outstanding, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle for me. Also, Tremaine Boyd the General Sales Manager made the financing process smooth and easy. I wasn't pressured at all.

First off, the service department will charge you for 5 hours of work even though it may take only 2 hours! I was informed by the GM that this is standard policy, so I got my work done elsewhere and paid much less. Secondly when I bought my new vehicle there, I was promised a free tank of gas if I gave them a "10" rating which I did. Needless to say they reneged on this offer and refused to fulfill their offer. It's the principle that matters to me. Thirdly the staff person that said I would not receive my gas accused me of throwing something at her when I simply tossed it on the desk. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. In my opinion, they do not have good ethics. Unfortunately since I have the new vehicle, I will have to interact with the service department at some time or another however I will take my older vehicle elsewhere.
