Felt like they weren’t up front with pricing and I signed for an oil change only at $115. After getting my car and receipt I see they added things. When they asked about filters I said engine only and he said they have to do both at same time so I said then only the oil change. When they were done I saw my car sitting there completed and I was unaware they send emails to notify you that your car is ready. So I waited 15 minutes or more before I was told my car was ready. I felt like it was because I had no appointment. Until I retired I used the two notch rd location and was never told I needed an appointment. I prefer the two notch rd service department over Lexington. I felt the price for an oil change was excessive and will probably no longer use the dealership any longer for routine maintenance but if I do it will be two Notch rd.

This dealer does not care about the customer. Was quoted one price then sent to cashier and quote was doubled. Waited almost two hours to get four lug nuts put on. Do not go to the service department because you are not valued as a customer. They only want to make as much money as possible off of you. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. This is not the first time this dealership has ripped me off. I only went back because they were the only place I could get the Nissan part from.
