Took my vehicle in for a wheel bearing noise 7/31/2025
Took my vehicle in for a wheel bearing noise 7/31/2025 waited 6 hours for diagnosis. Was told both front axles were causing the wheel bearing noise. Left the dealership because the parts were unavailable, no cars available and the warranty company needed to be contacted for approval. Fast forward to 9/4/2025 after repeated calls to Lorenzo to get my car in, I was finally asked to come in, get a loaner and they would address the "axles". 9/10 the axles were called in to Easy Care for approval, and photos and videos allegedly were sent, but not received by Easy Car. No response from the dealer for over 2 weeks. Finally, was told that the warranty company needed to send an inspector out to confirm and for the claim to be processed. Fast forward to 10/3/2025 I needed my car for a vacation called the dealer was told, the axles were replaced, the radio (my other concern) was replaced but the inspector needed to come to verify the axle noise and the radio concern. I came in 10/4 to pick up the vehicle received my paperwork that all work was completed. Confirmed the front axles and Radio were replaced and took my vehicle to start my vacation. I drove for 5 minutes, and the wheel bearing noise was still there as it was never the axles. At the time of pickup, I was asked to bring the vehicle back so that the inspector could inspect the radio and axles. The new items were already installed, and no authorization was given, so how does the inspector inspect a bad radio and axles if they were replaced. Fast forward to Monday 10/6 the car made it to Florida and I took it straight to the Nissan dealer and was given a courtesy car. By the end of the day 10/6 the dealer diagnosed 3 wheel bearings, both front lower control arm bushings and the rear differential pinion seal. 1 Star Florence Nissan is not a trusted place to take your vehicle. I will be taking my Nissan to another Nissan or Infinity store for future services. This place has a major leadership, integrity, workmanship and honesty issue. Stay far away from this basket case of a dealership. The reviews speak for themselves.

Kristina Herman is not professional when it comes to
Kristina Herman is not professional when it comes to people. She has a very bad attitude and cussing at customers should not be tolerated in work place and her co workers didn't do anything to stop her from being so ugly and petty. Just because she has a title behind her name doesn't mean she can treat people any kind way. And to cheat people out of there hard earn money is a shame before GOD. I will never get another thing from there anymore.

Good morning, thank you for expressing your concern. When your son brought the vehicle in the 1st time he was shown how bad the condition of the vehicle was and he agreed to to do the work, knowing the possiblities of more things may need to be replaced once the work started. He came in the following day and we advised him that he is going to need a bolt that was undectible until it was removed. He then started to get extremely loud with our service advisor and using profanity himself. We are fixing the issue at no extra cost to him or you. The vehicle will be ready today and on behalf of the dealership I would like to extend our apology for our service manager using profanity. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.

Keiffer kept my car for over 5 weeks!
Keiffer kept my car for over 5 weeks! Would not return phone calls in timely manner if at all! When I bought my car new, sang wonderful song about great powertrain warranty. Now 50,400 miles later, won’t honor their own warranty!!!, although provided proof of service records!! Beware before buying a Nissan!
