Ryan greeted me when I arrived, reviewed the oil change
Ryan greeted me when I arrived, reviewed the oil change warranty with me, updated me on my car's service status, suggested I obtain the brake fluid change -which I did - due to it being at 20,000 miles, and informed me that my car was ready. Ryan was professional, courteous and kind. A very handsome fellow indeed. And, my car was washed, which was unexpected. Well Done Mr. Young! I want you to be my service representative in the future.
