I recently bought a vehicle from Moyers Auto Group and
I recently bought a vehicle from Moyers Auto Group and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Shortly after purchase, my water pump and thermostat failed. I was told by the dealership that they would work with me on the downtime and deductibles, but after weeks of waiting and following up, I have received no help and no response. It’s frustrating to spend this much money on a car and be left on your own when issues come up so soon after purchase. I was promised support, but instead I feel ignored. I hope they do the right thing and stand by their word, but as of now I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Very pleasant to deal with. Easy to make appt. Very professional. Listened to what I wanted checked on car. Explained what was done to car. Said if any problems go back to them. Waiting room is very nice. Repair shop looked very clean.
