BUYER BEWARE
I gave the dealership a one star because there is no other option to lower the feedback. I called John Sisson Motors to purchase a vehicle that was listed on the internet nationally for on a popular website. I contacted the first Manager at a sister dealership he walked over my contact information. I specifically ask to only talk to leadership since I am buying sight unseen other than pictures and a brief intro. I received a call from a salesman named Nic. He interviewed me to the point of frustration. Things like why you are buying the car from PA, isn't there any local dealers. How much was my expected budget to buy? Very arrogant and unprofessional in their conversation and approach to a customer experience. Shocking coming from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. After I got a loan approved for me I called back to ask for a valuation explanation of the vehicle. I had a gentleman call me back who claimed to be from operations part of the dealership. I asked for a manager who is accountable to make decisions. I don't like talking to the salesman who have to go back and forth to get approval. The Operations person was even worse tell me a 52 yr old man how I should conduct business. He tried to steer me to use dealership financing after he was told I had a loan. Even though my bank had me approved but the cars loan to value price was 110%. Soon as I asked for valuation report of some sort, he start acting paranoid. He asked me why I didn't want to use their financing. Why am I wanting to buy a vehicle from PA. Do they not have used CLSs in Oklahoma. I tried to hold my tongue and keep it professional and use it as a teaching moment. I couldn't leave him in the condition I found him. Why don't I want to use their financing. I don't want my lending institution in some other state. This is not a professional operation and it uses the old dealership lingo of talking down to a customer and dictating how a customer will do business. A very arrogant staff. SHAMEFUL.
