I made a huge mistake going here.
I made a huge mistake going here. I was in a horrible accident and broke my neck in three places and broke my ribs. Not to mention collapsed both lungs. So I saw a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe On their website. My wife decided it would be actually a nice car. Let’s go check it out. So I was home from the hospital a few weeks stole with a broken neck and in pretty bad shape, But decided to make the trip anyway. The salesman Isaac told me that the car went through the shop was One of those cars that were exceptional that’s why they kept it to sell it. I told them my situation about me destroying my car in a horrible accident I was there in a neck brace with a broken neck. Couldn’t really go through the car too well tried to look underneath of it Difficult time because of my broken neck. The warranty originally was going to be for a three months Or 3000 miles whatever came first. And then I should’ve known right then and there when they changed To one month, even though I was listed as three months right on the car The car was cleaned up nicely started right up no problem Drove decently, but I didn’t go real far since it was pretty hard for me to drive with my Broken neck. So we made a deal bought the car anyway taking their word on that the car was in good shape that there was no problems with it. And, I took the car home and it’s been nothing but a nightmare since. It’s having a transmission problems and I’m losing oil about every 500 miles. I have to put a cord in it and it’s been like that right from the beginning. So not only do I have transmission issues. I also have an engine issue and they lied to me about it going through the shop and it was good. This company is very deceitful And the salesman Isaac won’t even return my phone calls. I’ve called and called and called and nobody will ever get back to me. Do yourself a favor do not buy a car from these people. If they can sell car to A person that I just went through a traumatic horrific accident that wasn’t what they said it was and be OK with it, then they are about as bad as it gets. What kind of a dealership would actually do that? I was very vulnerable And they took advantage of me I’m going to tell everybody about this Transaction. I wonder how they can look themselves in the mirror and sleep at night. Don’t trust them!!!!! They can do this kind of a thing, though old person That shows up broken like I was and take advantage of me like that, then I’m sure they’ll screw over anybody they can. I tried giving them chances To make this right, And I did talk to Isaac the very first time I called and he never called me back and he stopped answering my phone calls Even told me on the phone that day that he would see what he can do for me and boom ghosted me. I’ve never heard of a dealership my whole life ever do anything like that. I’ve prayed and prayed and prayed for them to call me back and help me. Please beware of them.
