Great Sales Lady, slight deception from dealership

Holly was an all-star salesperson but sadly resigned 2 days after I bought the car and she was a major reason I bought it. The facilities were clean, car I was interested in was ready when I got there. I felt finance was way too pushy trying to sell the “blanket coverage” I had 0 interest in. Said pricing was a potential issue with it, walked out and came back and offered the same extra coverage for $800 less than initially offered. My issue with that is had I been a chump and jumped on it at the initial price they wouldn’t have knocked $800 off clearly. So after we wasted a lot of my time with that I inquired about multiple keys for my vehicle, said they would check but only had 1. I’ve bought cars that have had 1 key I understand they get lost/break. My problem with not having extra keys is that part of the Nissan “167pt checklist” for a CPO is that it is supposed to have multiple keys and they had the box checked as if they did. The dealership was trying to get me to leave a review on a daily basis since I bought the car up until I got a phone call from them asking about my experience And if there was any more that they could do, relayed the lack of extra keys issue and that I wanted an owners manual(which my salesperson said neither would be an issue) was told I would get a call back later that day. No additional correspondence and called and left a message 2 days later. I’m sure Nissan of America would be interested to know they have dealerships that aren’t adhering to CPO guidelines and if I don’t hear from them soon. I will enlighten them.

Faulkner is good at putting phantom vehicles on there web site. Vehicles that are to good to be true and a price to match When you arrive and inquire they simply tell you Just sold it Hmmmmmmmm
