This was my first experience with Delaney Chevrolet's service department, and I was well pleased with the service provided.

I highly recommend this dealership for their outstanding customer service. The purchase process was effortless. Kamyron, the sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable and went out his way to make the process quick and easy. Nick the Finance Manager was wonderful to work with and helped me pick an extremely cost effective and comprehensive warranty plan. There was a minor cosmetic issue with the vehicle that I did not initially notice and the team did an outstanding job resolving it. I contacted Kamyron who quickly alerted Keith, the sales manager. Keith promptly contacted me and arranged steps to fix the blemish with absolutely zero hassle. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team and I can’t say enough about their honesty and steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.

They found a way to get out of a $500 rebate for my military service. I was buying a new Suburban at a cost of almost $85,000! I was paying full MSRP, almost $900 in dealer fees and they wanted to load up with dealer installed extras for even more money. When they do this to you, just speak with your money and walk away! They are not the only dealer with cars. Terrible business practices. Let's remember these kinds of dealers when we buy next time!
