Don't trust them for diagnostics, sales, services
Been doing business with Stuart Nissan of Enid for years. Have spent well over $20k (I know not much, but is money well earned) with Stuart Nissan of Enid. Try to keep a good working report with mechanics, and businesses. Dalton in the service department has been the main one I have dealt with up till today. Dalton was missing when I arrived. Garrett (most likely the owners spoiled brat, and is necer wrong) was apparently in "charge," and told me he would get the owner (he never got the owner or the owner could care less) (then Garrett told me he could set up a meeting with the owner mind you over $40) over the fact I have ask them to look at this car on 3 different occasions this year. It has like a vibration when you're getting up to speed especially with more people in the car. They have told me to begin with it was okay after a alternator, oil change, and "inspection ". This was back in February March. Then the vehicle was brought back in in April, to look it over again to try to figure out the problem it was having. They replaced the hun axle. This didn't fix the problem after they said it would. They was supposed to look it over well then to insure the problem was fixed, "they said it was." The only thing they could find was that. We left with it, and paid for that. Then I asked Dalton if he could have someone ride with us to show them the problem (since they could find it or diagnose it), he said yes that's fine. So, my daughter did today. Now they are telling me the car needs a transmission. After I've spent a ton of money on this vehicle. They insured me was OK. "They seriously lost a customer over $40, that I shouldn't have been responsible for." Had they done their jobs correctly the first time back in the beginning we wouldn't have had to come back at all. Oh thing is they should've known I was about to buy another vehicle from them, but Garrett (Oh did I mention, I'm sure he's daddy's pride and joy whom is never wrong) insured me it doesn't matter what I spend or spent at Stuart Nissan of Enid. That is fine, guess the pathfinder I bought from them will be the last sadly can't do business anymore in Enid especiall with them. Well hopefully the rant gets across, but it was basically all over $40. Have a nice day. I'm not sure, but if what Garrett said was true about, what Dalton said with saying I didn't have the vehicle in for this problem then they are all a bunch a snakes, and will take advantage of you for a dime. Hopefully if you got there for service or anything you have better luck. Have a good day.

Surprised.
Requested online quote for a 22 Pathfinder that had not come in yet. They were very up front. They did not try to gouge us over list price plus excessive fees and add ons like the OKC dealers did. Tyron was very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone
