Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. Although the salesman was okay, the finance guy was rude, condescending and I felt very pressured. The one car I test drove had a warning light (like I wouldn't notice) yet I was pressured to lease that one. The deals he offered were horrible. They held my keys from me, just left them on the counter at the service area for anyone to possibly steal and joked they were keeping me hostage. I got up and left. I would never recommend this place.

Now I cannot get serviced there either
So I wrote a review a few months back stating the unprofessionalism of the Salesforce of Sims. While I have seen they had removed Vinny Romeo from the salesforce on the Website. I had to change my phone number due to his unwanted advances by way of the phone calls.So i was shocked when I got a Christmas card from him and Sims today which means they didn't care about the actions of there salesforce. Now since he obviously has my new address he also has my new phone number. Thank you, Sims for your disregard of how you handled this. What did I even change my information just so he can have it again?I am mortified that is happening and now I am scared of retaliation from my last post.I am in disbelief

Shocked
Replaced a tire and it did not bead right. They tried charging me $50 to fix it..... I have purchased 2 vehicles totalling $75,000. I thought they would treat me fair. Guess not afterall
