I had a great experience with Ben Mynatt Nissan. What set them apart was their response time, clarity, and respect for my time. After slow follow ups at other dealerships, Deana at Ben Mynatt responded quickly and provided clean, straightforward pricing, much of it handled efficiently by text at my pace. When we arrived, everything was ready to go. Wendy did an excellent job walking us through the vehicle and making sure we understood all the features. The finance process was professional and pressure free, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. This deal wasn’t won on price, it was won on execution. I would absolutely recommend them and would buy from them again.
