I went to purchase a vehicle in July.
I went to purchase a vehicle in July. Signed my contract and everything. To find out today I wasn't approved for it. I've had the vehicle since July. They put tags on here and everything. Now, o have to return the vehicle. This is completely unprofessional

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Between all the headaches trying to get the car cleaned, missed appointments even though the car was dropped off the day before, ended up staying the whole weekend and still didn't get finished, the GM telling me he only had 4 hours to take care of it even though it had been up there for 4 days.. with an appointment and how service replaced one piece of trim and didn't replace the second piece of trim that I told them about and was put in the we owe before purchasing. Now the GM says that piece wasn't in the we owe and won't buy OEM but would look around on eBay. It's not worth it. I've never been so stressed dealing with a dealership.
