ARRON WAS ON TOP OF THE SITUATION HE MADE CALLS TO NISSAN ONCE THE TECH COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM HE ALWAYS CALLED BACK IF I WAS NOT ABLE TO REACH HIM DIRECTLY , HE WAS CLEAR AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE REPAIRS , I PERSONALLY APPRECIATE HIS EFFORT AND HELP TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM
