Bad Service

Reviewed by Rogue in Fayetteville,NCJune 01, 2021

My experience with Nissan has never been bad until I walked into Flow Nissan of Fayetteville. I would never purchase another car from this dealership. They didn’t have the color car I wanted so the salesman (Jeremy Vick) insist he will get the color vehicle I wanted from another Nissan dealer. When I told him I didn’t want to wait days before the car arrived I asked for the last car they had in stock. Derrick the manager caught an attitude and said he already did the paper work for the color I asked for and didn’t want to redo the paper work for what was in stock and promise me my vehicle would be there the next day. The next day came and no vehicle was present nor did I receive a phone call to let me know. I called up there and got the run around and said I would get a call back later once they had more details on when the driver would be there with the car. I could of walked away but I had already signed the contract for the car. I finally receive my car but had to take it back the next day for a vehicle inspection. After dropping the car off I waited around for almost 2 hours until Jamar one of the friendly salesman’s I met in that dealership helped me out and told me he was taking care of it now because apparently the service people had no clue of why my car was there and instead of asking around they kept it there without even bothering to figure out why my car was there when I had an appointment to drop it off at the time I bought it in. Another bad reason of why not to purchase a car from there because the day I signed the contract my salesman Jeremy told me he was giving me brand new tags so I could avoid paying any fees I had for my old car I traded in so he gave me 30 day tags, 41 days later I still have not received a phone call to let me know my tags had come in. Once I got my registration card in the mail I figure out that they transferred my old tags over and there was never any new tags. Once I called Jeremy to let him know he insist he would find out more about it and give me a call back. 5 days later I’m still waiting on a response so I decide to go up there and Jeremy was outside. He seen my car and walked away, also I seen Derrick as well and he put his phone to his ear to avoid me and walked away. I stood in the lobby and waited for 10 mins until I walked up to friendly female who was working the desk. Moral of the story is this place is terrible, bad customer service and terrible service workers who do not care about your car being service and if I could go back in time I would avoid this place and go back to the one in Elizabeth City where everyone was friendly.

Mrs Cherise Williams I’m not sure what her title is, but she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased (Nissan Murano) she was able to explain how all the features work and quickly scheduled a maintenance appointment to resolve issues I raised

Fantastic Buying Experience!!

Reviewed by Mike P in Myrtle Beach SCDecember 20, 2018

If your in the market for a Nissan or quality used vehicle. Don't go anywhere but Flow. The simplest, easiest, most honest deals around. Talked to Chris Milam (sales manager) and Sean Farmer (salesman) on Wednesday night. We agreed on a price within an hour. The vehicle was delivered to my front door on Thursday. We live in the Myrtle Beach SC area. Approximately 100 miles away. No arguing, more than fair price for our trade. They did everything they said they would without a hitch. Cameron Lundy (finance) did the financing. It was seamless. The experience was so fair and enjoyable, my son purchased the identical vehicle in a different color two days later. The followup has been impeccable. Couldn't be happier. Give them a call. You will be glad you did!
