Lost My Car and Ripped Me Off
First off, they lost my car. It was towed in first thing this morning. They found it at 4:00 this afternoon. My emergency braking system keeps engaging while driving. 1.5 Nissans were recalled because of this issue, YET they will not honor the recall for me. I have to pay for the diagnostic myself.

BEWARE!
By far the worst experience I have had owning a car thus far. The initial sale was AMAZING but my experience has since declined extremely. The finance team was horrible in their customer service. 2 days after purchase, I rightfully refunded the additional add ons that they offered within the contract terms. However, they did not want to refund my money. It took me calling consumer affairs and finally the Flow Automotive headquarters to get any documentation of a refund a month and a half later. 3 months into owning my car, the tints on my window began peeling. The first time I went to get them fixed, they brought me my car back and the tints were not peeling but they were extremely cut up and damaged. . . After finally getting my tints put on again .. the tints are still bubbling up a month later. This week, I went in for standard 6-month maintenance and a hand car wash which includes vacuuming, wiping down of the door panels, cleaning the cup holders, and windows. Not only did they not clean the inside of my car (as indicated by the fingerprints in the window, juice stains in the cup holder and unvacuumed back seats) but they also severely damaged the car. My window was chipped and there are several surface scratches and paint marks that indicate they put my car through a mechanic car wash (I've never gone to a mechanic car wash with this car wash. I typically have it hand washed but wanted to try Nissan's service because I would be there anyway). Initially, I was told that they would fix the damages but would have to do it in the morning because at this point my 3:30 pm appointment had run all the way until 6:30 pm. Upon arriving at 7:30 am, I was then notified that they would not fix any damages because "they did not do them". Despite them saying that they would fix the damage the day before. Now i am stuck piecing together images with the security footage from my garage and surrounding home during the departure for my service to get them to even consider fixing the damages they've caused. At this point, I am willing to travel the 30 minutes to another Nissan dealer to have anything else done with my car. If I could give the dealership 0 stars I would I have more before pics but didn't want everyone to see where I live haha. I also have about 3000 miles on the car and have had it for 6 months. The car is barely driven in sits at a private home and has been washed by hand in the driveway when it is washed. This damage is pretty intense to have even been done beforehand. UPDATE: reached out to consumer affairs and chipped paint is cover under warranty for 3 years. Yet, service manager Mike Kohler refuses to fix it because “it wasn’t his fault”. It’s giving very much lazy. Very much fraudulent
