Great service and very attentive staff from beginning to end. Called the day before and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Very short wait.

Greetings,
I'm writing this email out of disappointment towards the sales team of Scott Clark Nissan. I recently purchased a used 2017 Nissan Frontier on 12-18-20. This adventure started with sales person Cameron who promised to follow up within two business days with me. That follow up included having the vehicle cleaned and for me to test drive. Well, he did follow up with a phone call about 9:30 stating he would bring the vehicle to me. Needless to say, that never happened. I came in the next day to see the vehicle again in the daylight hours. I was reassigned another sales person, because I asked not to work with Cameron because of his failed promise. The new sales person was great and a cash deal was processed that day. Three days later, the door sensor light kept coming on and I notice the battery had corrosion on the holder and terminal. I contact the salesperson and she responded back saying she would follow up, After waiting several days, I came to the dealership, but was refused service because used car sales manager Travis was needed to ok the work order. I spoke with Travis once who said bring the car in. I have left Travis several messages but yet to get a return call back. I can only assume that Scott Clark put their best foot down to make a sale and after the customer is gone so is the best practice. At this point, I rather seek service via another service center and cover the cost myself. I would warn all 13,100 of my email contacts of Scott Clark practices.
